Introduction to Meditation, Tea and Dharma Discussion

    Please join us for our regular Sunday Sit from 10.15am - 12.30pm.

    Everyone is welcome.  We practice a mindfulness/awareness meditation technique called shamatha/vipashyana. Our practice includes some chanting at the beginning and end of the session. People are asked not to arrive or leave during chants, but feel free to arrive and leave during silence as needed.

    Feel free to stay afterward for community tea followed by a Dharma Discussion
