    Please join us for our regular Sunday Sit from 11.15am - 12.15pm.

    Everyone is welcome, although receiving meditation instruction at least once beforehand is encouraged. We practice a mindfulness/awareness meditation technique called shamatha/vipashyana. Our practice includes some chanting at the beginning and end of the session. People are asked not to arrive or leave during chants, but feel free to arrive and leave during silence as needed.

    Feel free to stay afterward and join after 12.15pm for some Sunday community tea.
