Join us at Oak Cliff for a community-wide gathering and practice of the Shambhala Sadhana.

The Sadhana is a liturgy composed by Sakyong Mipham, the current lineage holder of the Shambhala Buddhist teachings. In this practice we meditate on the basic goodness of self, other, and society. It is a practice that is designed to strengthen our confidence in the fundamental worthiness of humanity.

The Sadhana is usually a restricted text which is presented to meditators who attend Enlightened Society Assembly, however, we will be offering this special teaching to all members or friends of the Dallas Shambhala Meditation Center.

A potluck will follow afters. Stay tuned for more details.
