Everyday Creativity explores how we, as artists or simply human beings, can perceive our world and communicate that to others free from fear, ego and expectation. Drawing on the dharma art teachings of Chogyam Trungpa, Rinpoche, and taught by Shambhala Art teachers Melinda Rothouse and Adam Sultan, Everyday Creativity, is a fun, informal exploration of the creative process from the perspective of mindfulness and living authentically. For creatives of all sizes!

    But is it Art?
Who qualifies to be an artist? What makes something artistic? Why bother?
In this class we look at the who, what, why and how of creativity, with guided meditation, discussion, and various experiential activities.
