This talk explores the recent shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary, as well as other recent mass shootings in relation to Buddhist and Shambhala teachings on connecting with and opening the heart. Dallas Shambhala Center Director, Megan Bauer, offers practical advice on how to work with the suffering in our world in a such a way as to cultivate compassion, kindness, generosity, and love.
