Hopping, an Awareness Through Movement® Workshop
with Angela Alston
an Awareness Through Movement® Workshop
Many of us spend most of our lives sitting at desks. We get up to walk or exercise and notice our feet and ankles are like cement blocks. In this workshop you’ll re-discover the joy of hopping, jumping powerfully with one foot. The result: more efficient and pleasurable walking and running.
Please be comfortable lying on your back or stomach, floor sitting, and standing. Wear several layers of loose-fitting clothing.
You'll benefit from this workshop if you are a meditator, yogi, or simply interested in being more comfortable in your physical self.
• Limit: 12 students
• Requirement: Please be comfortable lying on your back, side, or stomach.
• Cost: $25 in advance; $30 at the door if there's room
• Wear: Several layers of loose-fitting clothing

& maximum efficiency, not through muscular strength
